Matt is a certified inspector and has over 12 years of hands-on experience in the residential construction industry. In 1997, he went to work for a residential framing company where he learned how houses were built from the ground up. Later, he received a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Architectural Design.
He has no ties with home improvement businesses nor does he perform any repair work himself. This guarantees that you get a completely honest and objective opinion about the condition of the home being inspected.
